We grind up the following superfoods into a powder, extract out the micronutrients, and bake it right into the Goodles noodle. Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. I walked into my local Walmart neighborhood market to grab the Goodles Queso Tell Me More. It has a Tex Mex style cheddar sauce that is not overly spicy, but it has a nice flavor. It does take the cheese a bit to mix & melt but that is not a big issue. What I really like about this is that it has 16 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber and 21 nutrients from plants. I have tried a few products from Goodles and I like this as well. A healthier noodle with Goodles.

I have tried and enjoyed several of the Goodles products but had yet to buy one of the deluxe Mac & cheese options. When I saw there was a queso flavored one that was a no-brainer. I love queso!
Made the product according to instructions for lunch today, ready in 10 min once the water was boiling.
First few bites kind of threw me off a bit… it was creamy but the taste of queso on pasta just was odd. After several more bites though I got used to it and kept going. Overall it was a fun and different variety! Not sure it would be my first pick again but definitely will be trying the other deluxe flavors.

I've always been a big fan of Mac & Cheese and with the added nutrients in Goodles it's my new favorite! I use Mac & Cheese usually a quick meal or I'll add a source of meat for a hearty dinner! Excited about trying all the different flavors!

I loved the ingredients added to the pasta to boost their nutritional value. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a nondairy option. I have to just consume he noodles with my own nondairy cheese sauce.
