We grind up the following superfoods into a powder, extract out the micronutrients, and bake it right into the Goodles noodle. Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. This special process is what allows us to get so much nutrition in there without giving the noodle an icky flavor.

Yum without the Glum

If you've ever tried GF pasta, you know how hard it is to find something tasty and doesn't go mushy in the pot. I'd say this is the best GF noodle I've had so far. I feel like I can enjoy something tasty and still reduce gluten intake. You do have to watch the pot much more closely to avoid water spillage. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best of both worlds--tasty and no gluten!

I was surprised how GOOD the gluten free version of these are! Usually gluten free isn't nearly as good as an original but I think I like these better! They cook quicker, yet have the same great taste and texture as the original! Bonus points for not upsetting my insides since they're GF! Shipping is super fast as always and customer service is lovely to deal with!

I recently switched to a gluten free diet in November 2023 and was so bummed at the time there was not a gluten free option. Fast forward a few months and I get a text notification that gluten free is available! I jumped to make an online order and love this so much! I was nervous about the GF pasta not tasting good. I am picky when it comes to GF pasta. The nailed it! Tastes just as good as the normal pasta version of this. Reason I know is that being GF is a new thing to me. I recently learned I am sensitive to gluten and so have tried many different GF mac and cheese, this is by far the best!

My partner eats mostly gluten-free and we've tried a variety of gluten-free mac and cheese. This one is my favorite for its texture and flavor--I don't miss the gluten when we share one of these. The noodles hold up their structure and the cheesy sauce doesn't separate or get filmy. I can't wait to have more gluten-free flavors!

Delicious and I love that they are more nutrient dense and also certified gluten free, it makes this celiac happy to have quick dinner side options. The flavor is a bit rich for my taste, so we end up using a little less of the powder because otherwise it feels a little heavy but overall delicious and I'm happy I tried them.

This Mac and Cheese made me so happy I could cry. I have only recently learned I was gluten in tolerant and Mac and cheese was one of the things I missed the most! They really outdid themselves here! The GF pasta actually tastes like real pasta and doesn’t fall apart!! Must have for any Mac and cheese lover that’s also GF!!

When I tell you I had to dig through the trash to check to make sure that I cooked the right box of Goodles, I have no shame admitting that I was so shocked by the taste that it was necessary. These are seriously SO. GOOD. Finally a GF noodle that doesn’t turn to mush and has the exact same flavor.

I got the 12 pack recently and am already most of the way through they are so good!!! I use Greek yogurt instead of butter/milk and add some spices like paprika, garlic and oregano for some added flavor. These are great.
