I personally didn’t try it I got this one to gift it to my brother in law that can not consume gluten he was so happy that I found gluten free pasta although it was kind of hard to find it at the store. He loves pasta and enjoy this kind because of the flavor. I will definitely buy it again for him and for me to try it as well.

I was genuinely amazed at the texture of these, especially since I know that these are gluten-free. They mixed so well with the creamy alfredo sauce I cooked. After eating, I didn't feel the crash right after; like in case of regular durum/wheat flour pasta.
