Our Gluten-Free Noodles

Corn

Corn

Corn is one of the oldest grains native to North America. Our non-GMO corn provides a beautiful color and lightly sweet flavor to our pasta.
Brown Rice

Brown Rice

Brown rice is a whole grain rice with the inedible outer hull removed. This kind of rice sheds its outer hull or husk but the bran and germ layer remain on, providing nutrition and brown color. Brown rice is considered a whole grain and lends a slight earthy flavor and firm bite to our pasta.
Chickpeas

Chickpeas

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are part of the legume family. While they have become more popular recently, chickpeas have been grown in Middle Eastern countries for thousands of years. We use chickpeas to boost protein and nutrition!
Yellow Peas

Yellow Peas

Our yellow peas are a nutritious legume that provide a lovely warm color to our pasta.
Chickpea Protein

Chickpea Protein

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are part of the legume family. While they have become more popular recently, chickpeas have been grown in Middle Eastern countries for thousands of years. The protein from the chickpea flour is what we use to boost nutrition!
Xanthan Gum

Xanthan Gum

A natural gum derived from simple sugars and slowly fermented and dried, xanthan gum helps keep the pasta nice and cohesive, and lends a nice bite.
Nutrients extracted from:

Nutrients extracted from:

We grind up the following superfoods into a powder, extract out the micronutrients, and bake it right into the Goodles noodle. Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. This special process is what allows us to get so much nutrition in there without giving the noodle an icky flavor.
Broccoli

Broccoli

Broccoli contributes critical nutrients like Vitamin C and Chromium.
Spinach

Spinach

Shhh. Don't tell the kids. Ground up, organic spinach delivers nutrients like B2, B6, Folate, E, & Iron.
Kale

Kale

Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the many nutrients it contains including Vitamin K and Copper.
Pumpkin

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a superfood delivering lots of nutrients including Manganese, Molybdenum, and Zinc.
Sweet Potato

Sweet Potato

So good! Packed with Vitamin A.
Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are little nutritional power-houses: Hello Biotin, Vitamin B1, B3, Biotin (Vitamin B7) and Selenium.
Cranberry

Cranberry

This power-packed berry is a nutritional gem. Cranberries are a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, including Iodine.
Chlorella

Chlorella

Yes, it's a fresh water algae. But don't be scared! Chlorella is packed with vitamin B-12. We only use the nutrients, so don't worry about any weird taste!
Maitake Mushroom

Maitake Mushroom

Maitake, recognized as the "king of mushrooms" in Japan, has long been used as an adaptogen to treat several ailments. Maitake is the mushroom with the highest source of vitamin D. Goodles gets Vitamin D2 from these guys.
Shiitake Mushroom

Shiitake Mushroom

We grab Panthotenic Acid (Vitamin B5) and Selenium from these nutritionally dense superfoods.

Gluten-Free Winner

My teenage daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac disease so we are now a strictly gluten free household. This, I have been desperately trying to find options for quick weekday meals and this pasta by GOODLES is excellent. Not only is it easy to prepare and cook, but the texture is wonderful and the taste is even better. It is the perfect option for a fun, quick and reliable pasta dinner paired with both a red Marinara sauce or a creamy Alfredo sauce. Well Done!

Goodles Gluten Free Pasta

I used this to make a pasta casserole for dinner. The instructions were very simple to follow and the pasta was very easy and quick to cook on the stove. I was a little concerned if it was going to get mushy from the stove top to the oven, but it held up very well. The texture was just like real pasta and the flavor was just right. The casserole was a hit with the hubby, who doesn't need to eat gluten free, but does whenever I cook it.

Delicious

The pasta retains a satisfying bite, is quick to cook, and pairs well with a variety of sauces, from tomato-based to creamy Alfredo. The added benefit of extra protein and fiber makes it a solid choice for a healthy meal, but it may have a slightly earthy taste compared to regular pasta, which could take a bit of getting used to. Overall, it's a great option for health-conscious pasta lovers

recommend for the gluten-intolerant people

Would highly recommend for the gluten-intolerant people. Flavor i would give 6 out of of 10, but there is a funky almost fermented (i would say) aftertaste. The texture i would give 7 out of 10 as it is a little bit chewy. The sauce i would give 8 out 10, but of course homemade sauce is always better than any boxed stuff. Overall, well worth it to try product.

Another great Goodles product

I don't think there is a Goodles product I haven't liked and this is gluten free pasta is no exception. I can't even tell it's gluten free. The taste and texture are great and compare well to traditional pasta. I like how the pasta is fortified with a lot of vitamins and minerals. Overall, another great product and I would get it again.

Good product

I personally didn’t try it I got this one to gift it to my brother in law that can not consume gluten he was so happy that I found gluten free pasta although it was kind of hard to find it at the store. He loves pasta and enjoy this kind because of the flavor. I will definitely buy it again for him and for me to try it as well.

Good for Gluten Free!

I really like the texture of this pasta when it cooked and the taste too. It was difficult to tell it was gluten free. The only thing I didn't really like about the pasta is that corn is the first ingredient. If it was organic corn that would be better, but its most likely a gmo corn. Other than that, it was fine.
