Our Gluten-Free Noodles

Corn

Corn

Corn is one of the oldest grains native to North America. Our non-GMO corn provides a beautiful color and lightly sweet flavor to our pasta.
Brown Rice

Brown Rice

Brown rice is a whole grain rice with the inedible outer hull removed. This kind of rice sheds its outer hull or husk but the bran and germ layer remain on, providing nutrition and brown color. Brown rice is considered a whole grain and lends a slight earthy flavor and firm bite to our pasta.
Chickpeas

Chickpeas

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are part of the legume family. While they have become more popular recently, chickpeas have been grown in Middle Eastern countries for thousands of years. We use chickpeas to boost protein and nutrition!
Yellow Peas

Yellow Peas

Our yellow peas are a nutritious legume that provide a lovely warm color to our pasta.
Chickpea Protein

Chickpea Protein

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are part of the legume family. While they have become more popular recently, chickpeas have been grown in Middle Eastern countries for thousands of years. The protein from the chickpea flour is what we use to boost nutrition!
Xanthan Gum

Xanthan Gum

A natural gum derived from simple sugars and slowly fermented and dried, xanthan gum helps keep the pasta nice and cohesive, and lends a nice bite.
Nutrients extracted from:

Nutrients extracted from:

We grind up the following superfoods into a powder, extract out the micronutrients, and bake it right into the Goodles noodle. Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. This special process is what allows us to get so much nutrition in there without giving the noodle an icky flavor.
Broccoli

Broccoli

Broccoli contributes critical nutrients like Vitamin C and Chromium.
Spinach

Spinach

Shhh. Don't tell the kids. Ground up, organic spinach delivers nutrients like B2, B6, Folate, E, & Iron.
Kale

Kale

Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the many nutrients it contains including Vitamin K and Copper.
Pumpkin

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a superfood delivering lots of nutrients including Manganese, Molybdenum, and Zinc.
Sweet Potato

Sweet Potato

So good! Packed with Vitamin A.
Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are little nutritional power-houses: Hello Biotin, Vitamin B1, B3, Biotin (Vitamin B7) and Selenium.
Cranberry

Cranberry

This power-packed berry is a nutritional gem. Cranberries are a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, including Iodine.
Chlorella

Chlorella

Yes, it's a fresh water algae. But don't be scared! Chlorella is packed with vitamin B-12. We only use the nutrients, so don't worry about any weird taste!
Maitake Mushroom

Maitake Mushroom

Maitake, recognized as the "king of mushrooms" in Japan, has long been used as an adaptogen to treat several ailments. Maitake is the mushroom with the highest source of vitamin D. Goodles gets Vitamin D2 from these guys.
Shiitake Mushroom

Shiitake Mushroom

We grab Panthotenic Acid (Vitamin B5) and Selenium from these nutritionally dense superfoods.

Gluten-free pasta by goodles

I was very excited to try this product because I absolutely love the macaroni and cheese. Well upon boiling this, it turned out very soggy and it fell apart. I don't know if I did something wrong. I boiled the water, put little salt in it because I was always brought up to do that. Well so the noofles don't stick together, but it turned out to be a big mush. I went ahead and boiled other noodles to use this with it to make pasta with ground chicken and spaghetti sauce. I'm very disappointed because I wanted it to stay together and not mush up the way it did. So it's very hard to taste it. It didn't have a very good flavor.

Love the goodles gluten-free pasta! It is so delicious and I love the higher protein content of it. It makes me feel better about having pasta, and I will be incorporating it into my weekly rotation!

I'm not sure why everyone suddenly hates gluten. The actual diseases that prevent you from eating gluten are quite rare. I think people just don't like the word. Meanwhile, I like my gluten. This product is fine for a gluten-free pasta and if you're one of the rare people who actually need to eat that this will do you okay. For everybody else, get over it you grew up on gluten as did your ancestors and everybody all across the world.

Great texture!

I am always worried when I buy a new gluten free pasta that the texture isn’t going to be anything like regular pasta, but these were fantastic. I made the with our favorite pasta sauce and some cheese and the picky eaters in my family had no idea it was gluten free! It has a great bit to it and doesn’t fall apart, which is exactly what I was in a good pasta. I will definitely be buying these again!

Very tasty and doesn’t taste like gluten free. Hard to find at Walmart, not in pasta but gluten free section of the store. Moderately priced

Buttery and tasty

These good gluten-free pasta noodles were so buttery and tasty that you could barely realize that they were gluten-free. I will be buying this brand in the future and recommended this brand..

Is this really GF?!!!

These noodles, packaged in a very cute and attractive pink box, cooked up to be firm and tender. They tasted very good and are on par with "regular" noodles that contain wheat flour. They did not disintegrate in the cooking water like other types of GF past can tend to do. I love these noodles and I love the eye catching pink box as well!

Goodles

I’ve purchased Goodles products before but the packing has changed to a cute appealing look. I love that with Goodles I can eat paste and not feel guilty because it has so much protein.
