I am always worried when I buy a new gluten free pasta that the texture isn’t going to be anything like regular pasta, but these were fantastic. I made the with our favorite pasta sauce and some cheese and the picky eaters in my family had no idea it was gluten free! It has a great bit to it and doesn’t fall apart, which is exactly what I was in a good pasta. I will definitely be buying these again!

These noodles, packaged in a very cute and attractive pink box, cooked up to be firm and tender. They tasted very good and are on par with "regular" noodles that contain wheat flour. They did not disintegrate in the cooking water like other types of GF past can tend to do. I love these noodles and I love the eye catching pink box as well!

The first thing that I noticed about this product was the pink packaging. It was so fun and different that it made me instantly want to buy the product just for that alone. I was impressed with the taste of the product along with the protein. I noticed that they soaked up the pasta sauce well also. The only negative thing that I would have to note is the price is a bit steep, especially to buy this product regularly.

I really liked Goodles gluten free pasta. It cooked up nicely and tasted just like any pasta I've eaten. It had a nice texture to it and my family couldn't tell the difference between this and the noodles they usually eat. I love all the nutritional benefits that Goodles includes. I typically love all goodles products but these were just okay. I enjoy being able to have a gluten-free option, but these noodles were tiny (got the cavatappi ones) and took ages to cook. They also cooked unevenly so that was a letdown.

Kids friendly and parent approved. We have made homemade Mac and cheese with this and also put it in chicken noodle soup. The non gluten free eaters have not noticed a difference.

I bought this pasta and it didn’t even get put into the cupboard before it was eaten. My daughter made the box and put some pesto sauce on it and said it was delicious. The shape is what drew her to it, but the taste and texture was great for a gluten-free pasta!
