Spicy Pork and Kimchi Curveballs

takes 20 minutes

serves 2

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1/2 pound ground pork

1/2 cup diced carrot

1/2 cup diced onion

1 box GOODLES Curveballs

3 cloves garlic, sliced thin

1/4 cup gochujang

1/2 cup kimchi

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

Sliced cucumber

Black sesame seeds

Gochugaru chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in the sesame oil. Add the pork, carrot, and onion and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring often, until the pork is cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and add in the Curveballs. Cook according to package instructions, then strain.

  3. Add the garlic to the pork mixture and cook 2 minutes. Add the gochujang and cook 3 minutes, stirring often.

  4. Add the kimchi and cook 3 minutes, then add in the cooked Curveballs. Stir to combine. Remove from heat.

  5. Stir in the milk and sour cream and continue to stir until the sauce is formed. Serve and top with the cucumber, sesame seeds, and chili flakes.
