½ cup white cheddar cheese
2 Hot Girl Pickles (original dill)
2 tbs Hot Girl Pickle Brine (original dill)
Dill breading:
3/4c all purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1tbs Hot Girl Pickle brine (original dill)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2tsp dried dill
Pinch of salt
Make your GOODLES according to package instructions.
Add your shredded cheese, chopped pickles, and pickle juice to the cooked mac. Mix well, then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
Scoop the mixture into balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined sheet. Place in the freezer while you prepare your breading station.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Set up three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and pickle juice, and one with breadcrumbs and spices. Roll each ball in flour, then coat with the egg mixture, and finally cover with the breadcrumb mixture. Gently press the breadcrumbs to adhere and lightly spray with cooking spray for even browning.
Air fry at 380°F for 10–12 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
