Ingredients
1 large onion, sliced thin into 1/4 rounds
2 tablespoons butter, plus extra
5 hot dogs
5 hot dog buns
1 box of GOODLES Hey Hey Elote
2 jalapenos, sliced thin
Instructions
Preheat a frying pan to medium-high heat and add the butter and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the onions for 30-40 minutes, adjusting the heat as needed, until deeply caramelized.
Preheat a pan or grill to high heat and cook the hot dogs until charred and cooked through. Spread some butter on the buns and lightly toast them until golden brown.
Place the hot dogs into the buns and top with the mac and cheese, followed by the onions and jalapeños. Serve and enjoy!
