Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
3 Garlic cloves
1 cup chopped Imitation crab
1 ½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Cream cheese
Cheese packets
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
½ cup shredded Mozzarella
Splash of pasta water
1 tbsp oil
⅓ cup Panko
1 Green onion
Instructions:
Begin by getting your prep out of the way: mince the garlic, chop the imitation crab, shred the mozzarella, and slice the green onion.
Next add the butter and garlic to a pan on medium heat. Saute for 1-2 minutes before adding the imitation crab and cooking for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted.
Meanwhile, begin boiling water for 2 boxes of GOODLES Dreamy Creamy in a separate pot, setting the cheese packets aside. Cook until al dente, reserve a cup of pasta water, and strain.
Add the cheese packets, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and mozzarella to the sauce. Mix well, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, folding in until smooth.
Optionally toast your panko in a pan with a tbsp of oil for a few minutes on medium heat until golden brown.
Serve the crab rangoon mac with the toasted bread crumbs and green onion on top - enjoy!
