White Cheddar Chili Crisp Mac

Ingredients:

GOOLDES Gluten-Free Shella Good

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chili crisp

1.5 cups heavy cream

2 cups shredded white cheddar

Salt & pepper to taste

Green onion

Instructions:

  1. Cook 1 box of GOODLES Gluten-Free Shella Good according to package instructions. Strain, add a drizzle of oil, and set aside.

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat and add the chili crisp. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes before adding the heavy cream.

  3. Bring to a simmer before turning off the heat and stirring in the cheese packet and shredded cheese. 

  4. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Top with some green onion and more chili crisp. Enjoy!
