Total Time: 25 mins (prep and cooking time)

Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box of GOODLES Loopdy Loos

  • ½ cup of Bachan’s Original Japanese BBQ Sauce

  • 2 cups of julienned or chopped vegetables you’d like, such as red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, or carrots.

  • ½ of a large onion, cut into strips

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp of red chili pepper flakes

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp of neutral oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Toppings:

  • Sesame seeds

  • Fried Egg

  • Hot chili crisp of your choice

PREPARATION

Step 1

Cook 1 box of GOODLES Loopdy Loos according to package directions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water before straining. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the neutral oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and let cook for a few minutes to translucence. Then, add garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for 30 seconds or until the garlic is fragrant. Turn the heat to medium-high and add the rest of the vegetables. Stir fry for at least 5 minutes until fork-tender.

Step 3

Lower heat to medium, and add cooked Loopdy Loos in the pan and pour half of the set aside Bachan’s sauce and a tbsp of pasta water. Toss and stir to coat the noodles. Add more Bachan’s and pasta water to desired consistency and sauciness. Don’t forget to stir!

Step 4

Top with green onions, sesame seeds or other choice toppings. Serve and enjoy!
